Returns & Refunds Policy

At TnT Select Groceries, we take pride in delivering high-quality Caribbean groceries, including frozen foods, pantry staples, beverages, and snacks. Due to the nature of food products, our returns policy is designed to protect customer safety while remaining fair and transparent.

Perishable & Frozen Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on perishable or frozen items once they have been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:

Frozen ready meals

Frozen seasoned meats

Chilled or perishable food products

Once these items leave our control, we cannot guarantee storage conditions, so returns are not permitted.

Non-Perishable Items

Unopened non-perishable items (such as pantry goods or packaged snacks) may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition

Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs for non-perishable items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following where appropriate:

A replacement

A partial refund

A full refund

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items on Sale or Reduced

Items marked as reduced, clearance, or sale are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
